Minimum Orders and Shipping Rates
Fresh Chocolat Sauce is Perishable!
Due to the PERISHABLE nature of our Fresh Chocolat Sauce and to ensure freshness, your order will shipped for 2-day to 3-day delivery.
Fresh Chocolat Sauce is ordered as a 2-pack which includes two 12-ounce tubs of Fresh Surmonté Chocolat Sauce. Every 2-pack that you order will ship separately in a special cooler to ensure freshness.
Regional Surmonté Chocolat Sauce Customers
If you are a regional Surmonté shopper (within 150 mile radius of Surmonté's shipping location, zip 95073), receive our "Special Delivery." Check your location for this offer.
Freshly Roasted Coffee
Our Freshly Roasted Coffee ships via UPS. Minimum order is 2 packages. You may combine any two coffee selections in your 2-pack shipment.
Shipping Policies
Orders received after 12pm PST, will be shipped the next shipping day (shipping days are Monday through Thursday). If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us for special arrangements (Note: there may be additional shipping charges for Saturday deliveries).
Deliveries will be made without a required signature. Surmonté will not be responsible for the package after it leaves the driver's possession.
Exact street address is required. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
Free shipping applies to weekday deliveries within the Continental U.S. only. Please contact us directly about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International locations.
