Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Rinse fresh fruit under cold running water, do not remove
stems. Pat berries completely dry with paper towels. Set fruit
aside and should be room temperature before dipping.
Put 1/2 cup of Surmonté Fresh Chocolat Sauce in a microwaveable bowl deep enough to cover 2/3 of the berry. Warm Fresh Chocolat Sauce in microwave for 10-12 seconds until it begins to melt and stir to smooth (do not overheat).
Gently hold berry from the top and dip into warmed chocolate. Carefully shake off excess chocolate and place on waxed paper.
Refrigerate several hours for best results. Serve same day.
