Creamy Chocolate Mousse
1/4 cup whole milk1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1-1/4 cups Surmonté Fresh Chocolat Sauce
Microwave Surmonté Fresh Chocolat Sauce in a ceramic bowl until pourable. Melt in intervals of 20 seconds with care as to not over heat the chocolate.
Blend the milk and cream using a whisk in a 2 cup measuring cup, add the melted Surmonté Fresh Chocolat Sauce to the milk/cream mixture and whisk until blended.
Pour all ingredients into 1/2 liter whipped cream dispenser, screw
head onto dispenser, place whipped cream charger into the charger
holder, screw whipped cream charger onto whipped cream dispenser
until canister is pierced and the nitrous oxide is released into the
dispenser.
Works best if canister is chilled for 30 min.
Shake several times, hold canister vertical upside down and squeeze handle slowly with even pressure to fill your dessert dish or stemmed glass. Test in the sink first to learn the flow.
Garnish with a raspberry, mint leaf & serve.
