Perfect Hot Chocolate
1. Put 2 ounces (1/4 cup) of Surmonté Fresh Chocolat Sauce
into a 12-oz microwaveable cup.
2. Microwave chocolate for 10 seconds (do not over heat).
3. Add milk and stir.
4. Microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds and stir.
5. Top with whipped cream and savor!
Makes a great cold milk too. Just follow the recipe above, but after adding milk, stir and serve.
