Gourmet Chocolat Ganache Frosting Since Surmonté Chocolat Sauce is a ganache, it is great for icing cakes or brownies. Here are a couple serving ideas:
  • Bring Surmonté Fresh Chocolat Sauce to room temperature so it will spread easily on your cake, brownies, cookies or other baked goods.

  • Put chocolate sauce into a pastry bag and pipe it onto desserts or decorate cakes.

  • As a ganache, melt the chocolate and spread it over your cake for a smooth finish. Be sure to allow time for it to set before serving.
