Chocolate Covered Cream Puffs
Using a small, deep ceramic bowl warm about 1/4
cup (2 oz.) of Surmonté Fresh Chocolat Sauce in the
microwave. Heat for about 10 to 15 seconds (do not
overheat).
We recommend using "Van Diermen Dutch Mini Cream Puffs", available in the feezer section at Costco (90 count) or Safeway (available in smaller counts).
Before dipping cream puffs, carefully wipe off excess moisture with paper towel. Using a candy fork or tooth pick, dip the frozen cream puff into the melted Chocolat Sauce.
Arrange on a plate and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
