Gourmet Fresh Chocolat Sauce
Our chocolate is a couverture semi-sweet chocolate, 61% cacao, GMO-free and made from single origin beans specifically for our recipe. We prepare small batches in the tradition of old world influence, using only the finest natural ingredients.
Our Surmonté Fresh Chocolat Sauce is made like a French ganache which is smooth and creamy on your palate. We use real vanilla, which is made from a Madagascar Bourbon bean, grown in the equatorial region. We selected it over hundreds of other varieties because of a full extraction of the vanilla essence.
No preservatives are ever used in our Fresh Chocolat Sauce which can be conveniently refrigerated in its original tub for up to six weeks or frozen up to six months without compromising the fresh chocolate flavor.
